Log in to a product or portal

Support for employees

For questions related to payroll, pay statements, W-2s, COBRA, or account access, please contact your current or former employer’s HR department first. If you need additional assistance, see the options below.

myFlexPay

For statement or payment inquiries, open the myFlexPay app and navigate to your profile. Select Help and Support to contact the support team.

For technical issues or enrollment support, please provide your email, full name, and a detailed description of the issue. A request will be submitted to the myFlexPay support team for follow-up.

myFlexWallet

For technical issues, use the in-app Help Center:

  • Open the app, select Transfer Wages, tap the Profile icon, and select Help Center.

If you still need assistance, please submit your email, full name, and a detailed explanation of the issue. A support representative will follow up.


For enrollment or activation:
  • Download the app, register as a new user, verify your identity, create login credentials, and accept the terms and conditions to complete setup.

What is myFlexWallet?

myFlexWallet is a comprehensive financial well-being app that empowers you to:

  • Choose when to access earned wages throughout the month with flexible pay
  • Track shifts, earnings, and spending in one place
  • Build a rainy-day pot to reduce financial stress
  • Pay qualified bills directly from your paychecks
  • Develop better financial habits with insights, articles, and other features to help you make the most of your pay.

How do I start using myFlexWallet?

  • Step 1: Download the myFlexWallet app to your iPhone or Android device.
  • Step 2: Click “Register new user” and enter the email address your employer has on file (or your first name, last name, and employee ID).
  • Step 3: Choose where to receive your verification code, enter it, and click “Continue.”
  • Step 4: Create a username, password, security question and answer, and enter a backup email. Click “Continue.”
  • Step 5: Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  • Step 6: After seeing the “Registration Successful” screen, click “Continue.”
  • Step 7: You can now enable Face ID or fingerprint for future logins.

How can I start accessing earned wages in myFlexWallet?

  • Step 1: Select “Sign up for Earned Wage Access (EWA)” from the home screen.
  • Step 2: Agree to the user terms.
  • Step 3: Click “Sign Up.”

After completing these steps, you’ll see an “Enrollment Processing” notification at the top of the app. Once the “Start a Transfer” button is active, you’re ready to go.


How can I use earned wage access responsibly?

myFlexWallet makes it easy to limit how much of your earned wages you can access before payday, ensuring you don’t withdraw too much. Meanwhile, tracking tools empower you to monitor your earnings so you can plan your finances better, pick up extra shifts if needed, and make more informed choices. Through the control and visibility myFlexWallet offers, you can balance your immediate needs with long-term financial stability.

If you have questions or need help, don’t hesitate to contact our dedicated customer support team in the app so we can identify who you are and help you sooner.

COBRA (employees)

Pay my bill

  • To make a payment, log in to the COBRA member portal using your credentials. If you experience issues, call 866-634-9784.

Cancel COBRA

  • To cancel coverage, call 866-634-9784 or log in to the COBRA member portal and submit your request.

Update COBRA

  • To make changes to your COBRA coverage, call 866-634-9784.

Open Enrollment

  • COBRA open enrollment dates vary. Refer to your enrollment notice and log in to the COBRA member portal to make your selections.

W2 support

If your company is still operating, contact your employer’s HR department.

If your company is no longer operating, submit your current email, full name, and former work email address. A member of the OSV team will follow up with you.

Garnishment (employees)

For questions regarding payroll garnishments, please contact your HR department.

Support for employers

Log in to OSVSphere for support with OSV services, including Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and Human Resources.

OSV customer support

Submit your business email, full name, and a description of your issue. A member of the OSV Customer Operations team will follow up.

COBRA (employers)

Current OSV customers
  • Provide your work email, full name, and details of your request to receive support.

Garnishments (recipients)

For garnishment inquiries, email osvgarnishment@onesourcevirtual.com and include the garnishee and employee names.
