Trey Campbell

Chief Executive Officer

Trey Campbell brings more than 30 years’ experience in sales, operations, technology and general management to his dual roles as OneSource Virtual’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of its board of directors.

Prior to becoming OneSource Virtual’s CEO in 2017, he was OSV’s president and Chief Operating Officer. He also served as a member of OSV’s advisory board for three years, providing invaluable expertise to its Board of Directors during an unprecedented period of rapid growth.

During his tenure, he has firmly cemented OneSource Virtual’s reputation as a global provider of services and solutions for the Workday application suite, with an emphasis on keeping the customer at the center of OSV’s focus.

In earlier roles, Trey served as the CEO for TwentyEighty Strategy Execution, president and CEO for Accenture BPO Services, president for NGA HR North America, business unit leader for Hewitt and vice president/GM for Exult.

Trey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama and an MBA in finance from the University of Kentucky.

John Bax

Chief Financial Officer

John Bax is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in a diverse range of technology-enabled and professional services organizations, including the world’s largest company, Wal-Mart. As Chief Financial Officer for OneSource Virtual, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and finance activities, from capital structure to forecasting, planning and preparing the corporate and financial infrastructure that will ensure continued growth.

A longtime CFO of private equity and venture capital-backed technology businesses, John has scaled three separate startups to more than $1 billion in annual revenues, raised more than $3 billion in capital in the private markets, performed more than 40 M&A transactions, and managed finance and accounting teams from 6 to 300.

Prior to joining OneSource Virtual, John served as CFO for Rubicon Global, NJOY, LivingSocial, Recyclebank and Sentient Flight Group. At LivingSocial, he was also in charge of all international operations, with operations in 24 countries across six continents, and more than $1 billion of annual turnover reporting to John. He also served as VP planning & analysis for Wal-Mart Stores, where he was responsible for strategic planning. Prior to that, he was CFO of their Walmart.com unit. John brings deep professional services as experience to his role as well, having reached the senior manager ranks with Ernst & Young.

John earned his Bachelor of Science and MBA from Oklahoma State University. John and his family live in Atlanta, Georgia. In his downtime, John volunteers as treasurer of Walton Youth Football and Cheer.

Courtny Cloeter

Chief Revenue Officer

As the Revenue Officer, Courtny is committed to building a global customer-centric sales organization. From business development, marketing, strategic alliances, vertical markets and sales operations, Courtny is passionate about HR services and delivering exceptional value to all customers and prospects.

Courtny holds 30 years of business management experience having worked with various Fortune 500 companies in the development and implementation of complex business solutions. Before joining OneSource Virtual, Courtny held an executive role as the Chief Revenue Officer at Asurint. In this role, he led all corporate growth strategies.

Courtny also held senior leadership roles with Mercer, Ceridian, AchieveGlobal and Boise Cascade. In these positions, he led all aspects of business development and client retention focused on HR consulting, HCM applications and business process outsourcing.

Outside of work, Courtny and his wife Tiffany are involved in their church, charities and aquatic sports with their two daughters.

Courtny earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Joe Disharoon

Chief Technology Officer

As OneSource Virtual’s Chief Technology Officer, Joe Disharoon combines a strong leadership background with a passion for implementing innovative solutions, all with the goal of deploying technology that empowers OSV’s employees and its customers.

In his nearly 30 years of experience, Joe has a proven track record of guiding large business units to double-digit growth and has deployed advanced technology solutions as a business partner with more than 50 Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining One Source Virtual, Joe was the Chief Technology Officer for Kobie Marketing and the Senior Vice President of Technology for Epsilon. He has also held technology roles with Halliburton and Secor.

When he’s not working, Joe enjoys woodworking, swimming, and fishing. He lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife and two children.

Michael Roseman

Chief Operating Officer

As OneSource Virtual’s Chief Operating Officer, Michael Roseman oversees the BPaaS and Application Management Services teams, helping drive consistency and innovation across OneSource Virtual’s three service pillars. Michael has proven experience leading teams in nearly every branch of OSV, making him uniquely qualified to act as this single point of accountability for the services OSV offers its customers.

Before assuming his current role in 2018, Michael served OSV as senior vice president of customer operations and senior vice president of finance and accounting outsourcing. He began at OSV as vice president of professional services, where he focused on reliable, efficient services that maximized customers’ Workday investments.

In addition to his many years with OSV, he has also held executive leadership positions at Astadia, Inc. and Marketing Advocate, LLC.

Michael holds a BA in history from Emory University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a graduate certificate in Mandarin from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Brian Levey

SVP, Sales

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Brian Levey brings over 12 years of experience to managing OSV's North American sales organization. With an emphasis on delivering value, Brian and his team are committed to optimizing Workday for both customers and prospects.

Brian joined OneSource Virtual in 2013 as an Inside Sales Account Manager. Because of his customer-centric approach, his reputation as a strong performer, and his managerial and creative capabilities, he rose quickly within the Sales team, serving in multiple leadership positions before assuming the SVP role in 2022. Brian leads by example, ensuring that customers and prospects receive the highest quality of service and support.

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Brian achieved Regional All-American honors as a soccer player before competing professionally from 2008 to 2012. He lives in North Richland Hills, a suburb of Fort Worth, Texas. Outside of work, his passions include golf, cars, and playing guitar.

Lauren Lund

SVP, Marketing

Lauren Lund brings a wealth of expertise to her role as OSV’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, with 15 years of specialized, hands-on experience in enterprise marketing, account-based marketing, and Workday, plus a track record of consistently surpassing targets to deliver outstanding results.

Before joining OSV, she spent seven years with Workday’s marketing team, eventually becoming their Senior Director of North American Marketing. From there, she served as the Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing for Coursera and the Vice President of Marketing for Particle.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys running, reading, traveling, skiing, golfing, and cherishing moments with those who bring joy and laughter into her life. She lives in Minnesota with her partner, her four stepchildren, and two dogs.

Jane Huston

Chief People Officer

Jane Huston brings more than two decades of experience to her role as SVP of Human Resources for OneSource Virtual. 

As a key member of OSV’s leadership team, she’s committed to continuously strengthening the company’s employee programs and workplace culture to effectively attract, retain and reward top talent while maintaining OSV’s reputation as a great place to work. 

Prior to joining OSV, Jane spent more than a decade with Epsilon Data Management, serving in a variety of roles that included SVP of Human Resources and chief people officer. She has also worked for Grant Thornton LLP and Ernst & Young Consulting. In 2016, the Dallas Business Journal named Jane a “Women in Business Honoree” for her years of excellence in leadership. 

Outside of work, Jane stays very involved with Girls Inc., an organization dedicated to providing underserved girls ages 6-18 with the life-changing skills they need for success in school and in their careers. She is a reluctant jogger, but she thoroughly enjoys old movies and reading. Jane lives with her family in Dallas.

Kelvin Gray

Chief Customer Officer

Kelvin Gray has been an essential member of OneSource Virtual since 2009, bringing with him 20 years of extensive experience in information technology and management. He uses this experience and passion for customers to help them receive maximum value from their solutions. Throughout his time with the organization, he has held multiple roles, including Director of Field Operations, Vice President of Solutions Sales and SVP of Customer Accounts.

Before coming to OneSource Virtual, Kelvin gained valuable experience through his work with Workday, PeopleSoft and Oracle.

Kelvin holds a BA in computer science from Morehouse College and an MS in information technology from Northwestern University. When he’s not splitting time between OSV HQ in Dallas and wherever he’s needed by customers and his team, Kelvin calls Chicago home.

Erin Clark

Chief Legal Officer

Erin Clark joined OneSource Virtual in 2019 as Assistant General Counsel before moving into the role of General Counsel in 2020. With more than 30 years of corporate and litigation experience on her resume, she leverages her broad legal background every day in service to OSV.  

Before coming on board, she served as senior corporate counsel for Huawei Device USA, Inc. She also served in multiple senior counsel positions for Hewlett Packard and Electronic Data Systems.  

Born and raised in Dallas, Erin earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech School of Law and, together with her husband, has three kids, one grandkid, four cats, and one dog. When she’s not working, she volunteers with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) as an advocate for children removed from their families by CPS. She also enjoys singing, hiking, and biking.

Carl Madaffari

SVP of Product Management

Carl Madaffari brings over 30 years of experience in technology and product management to his role as the SVP of Product Management at OSV. He started his career at IBM before spending two decades at Epsilon/Publicis, where he held roles in data management, product management, and marketing.

Before launching his career, Carl studied computer science at the University of North Texas.

His experience and dynamic leadership capabilities will contribute to OSV's continued success, while his integration into the OSV team demonstrates the company's commitment to driving growth and excellence.

Outside of work, Carl cherishes spending time with his family and pets. His interests range from travel to photography, music, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Brian Williams

Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Co-Founder

Brian Williams is a third-generation entrepreneur who brings more than 20 years of human resources experience and exceptional expertise in business development to his role as Executive Chairman for OneSource Virtual’s Board of Directors. As Executive Chairman, he is responsible for shaping the long term evolution and strategy of the company he co-founded in 2008.

In addition to serving as OSV’s CEO for its first nine years, Brian began his career in the sales and marketing department of one of the country’s leading professional employer organizations, Odyssey OneSource, where he was the top producing salesperson in company history. At Odyssey, he earned an executive position before joining the company’s ownership team. Brian then applied his HR outsourcing experience and market insight to co-found two other associated entities: OneSource Benefits Solutions and OneSource Administrative Solutions.

Brian attended East Central University in Oklahoma on a combined academic and baseball scholarship, completing his studies as an honors graduate with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Brian was named the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the category Emerging Growth Company for the Southwest region.

Bruce Eatroff

Bruce Eatroff

Founding Partner

Mr. Eatroff is the Managing Partner of Halyard Capital, a private equity firm he co-founded in the year 2000. Mr. Eatroff has a broad spectrum of private equity investing experience across the Media, Technology and Business Services industries including HR Outsourcing, Digital and Direct Marketing, IT Services and CyberSecurity. He represents Halyard on the Board of OneSource Virtual, Focal Point Data Risk and SRAXmd , and previously sat on the Board of Presidio, Datamyx, Jun Group, TRANZACT, Engauge, Hanley Wood, Impremedia, NuLink and EducationDynamics. Mr. Eatroff has been a featured speaker and panelist at over one hundred industry events and conferences.

Prior to private equity, Bruce had over twenty years of Wall Street experience including senior positions at Goldman Sachs, UBS and CIBC. Mr. Eatroff received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. with honors from Lafayette College. Mr. Eatroff is currently the co-President of the Wharton.

Jake Reynolds

Jake Reynolds

General Partner

Jake joined TCV in 1997 and has been a technology investor for over 30 years. During that time, his primary investment focus has been in enterprise software and SaaS. He has been actively involved with over 40 private company software investments in his career spanning both minority and majority transactions.

Prior to joining TCV, Jake was an Associate with General Atlantic Partners, a private equity firm focused on late-stage software and service businesses. Before joining General Atlantic, Jake was a member of the M&A group at Lazard Freres & Co.

He is currently on the board of directors of Avetta, Clio, Cognite, Kipu, OneSource Virtual, Rave Mobile Safety, Trulioo, and Watermark.

Jake serves on the Columbia Business School Board and the Board of Advisors for the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College. He formerly served as Trustee at Holderness School in Plymouth, NH and Trustee and Board Chair at Menlo School in Atherton, CA.

Jake received an A.B. in Geography from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honors.

John Drew

John Drew

General Partner

John joined TCV in 2002. He has over 20 years of operational, financial, and technical experience, including leadership positions at several global technology companies.

Before joining TCV, John served as one of four CEOs in the Office of the Chairman at Lucent Technologies. John joined Lucent when the company acquired International Network Services (NASDAQ: INSS), where John served as President and CEO. During his five years at INS, revenues profitably grew from $7 million to $440 million, and the company’s employee base increased from 56 to 2,300, establishing INS as the largest and fastest growing network consulting and software company in the world. Prior to joining INS, John was Vice President and General Manager at Unisys Corporation. John began his business career as a sales consultant for CF Software Corporation after serving as a Captain in the United States Army.

John is on the Board of Directors of OneSource Virtual.

Michael Simpson

General Partner

As an entrepreneur from his early 20s, Michael built large independent contractor selling networks in the insurance industry before becoming a founding partner of OneSource Virtual. 

In his years at OSV, he served in various roles, from building out sales operations to leading their Workday reseller team and developing their global partner/alliance strategy until leaving as a full-time employee in August 2019.

Over the last several years, Michael has consulted with several early-stage technology companies around go to market (GTM) strategy, business development, and building out partner/alliance strategies. 

Today, Michael is the EVP of GTM for TrueSpot, a technology company focused on using location technology to efficiently track and monitor assets in the automotive industry.
