John Bax
Chief Executive Officer
John Bax brings more than 25 years of experience scaling B2B, B2C and B2B2EE technology and tech-enabled services businesses — from early-stage startups to global enterprises.
Since joining OSV in 2016, John has been instrumental in guiding the company through a period of transformation and expansion. In this time, OSV’s BPaaS business has grown eightfold, the company has launched new payroll, finance, and financial well-being products, and it has facilitated nearly $1 trillion in compliant payments for customers.
Before becoming CEO, John served as OSV’s Chief Financial Officer, playing a key role in strategic planning, operational scale, and capital structure. Prior to OSV, he held senior leadership roles at several rapidly growing businesses, including LivingSocial and Walmart.com. At LivingSocial, he oversaw international operations across 24 countries, with more than $2 billion in annual turnover. He also served as VP of Planning & Analysis for Walmart Stores and CFO of Walmart.com. Earlier in his career, John was a senior manager with Ernst & Young.
John earned both his Bachelor of Science and MBA from Oklahoma State University. He and his family live in Atlanta, Georgia, where he is also an active participant in Atlanta Technology Angels.
Joe Disharoon
Chief Technology Officer
As OneSource Virtual’s Chief Technology Officer, Joe Disharoon combines a strong leadership background with a passion for implementing innovative solutions, all with the goal of deploying technology that empowers OSV’s employees and its customers.
In his nearly 30 years of experience, Joe has a proven track record of guiding large business units to double-digit growth and has deployed advanced technology solutions as a business partner with more than 50 Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining One Source Virtual, Joe was the Chief Technology Officer for Kobie Marketing and the Senior Vice President of Technology for Epsilon. He has also held technology roles with Halliburton and Secor.
When he’s not working, Joe enjoys woodworking, swimming, and fishing. He lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife and two children.
Jane Huston
Chief People Officer
Jane Huston brings more than two decades of experience to her role as SVP of Human Resources for OneSource Virtual.
As a key member of OSV’s leadership team, she’s committed to continuously strengthening the company’s employee programs and workplace culture to effectively attract, retain and reward top talent while maintaining OSV’s reputation as a great place to work.
Prior to joining OSV, Jane spent more than a decade with Epsilon Data Management, serving in a variety of roles that included SVP of Human Resources and chief people officer. She has also worked for Grant Thornton LLP and Ernst & Young Consulting. In 2016, the Dallas Business Journal named Jane a “Women in Business Honoree” for her years of excellence in leadership.
Outside of work, Jane stays very involved with Girls Inc., an organization dedicated to providing underserved girls ages 6-18 with the life-changing skills they need for success in school and in their careers. She is a reluctant jogger, but she thoroughly enjoys old movies and reading. Jane lives with her family in Dallas.
Brian Levey
Chief Sales Officer
Brian Levey brings over 12 years of proven sales leadership to his role as OneSource Virtual's Chief Sales Officer. Leading OSV's North American sales organization, Brian drives revenue growth through a customer-centric approach focused on optimizing Workday investments for customers and prospects.
Since joining OSV in 2013, Brian has demonstrated exceptional leadership, rising from Inside Sales Account Manager to Chief Sales Officer in 2025. Under his leadership, the sales organization has consistently delivered strong performance while maintaining OSV's commitment to exceptional customer service and support.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Brian achieved Regional All-American honors as a soccer player before competing professionally from 2008 to 2012. He lives in North Richland Hills, Texas, where he enjoys golf, cars, and playing guitar.
Carl Madaffari
Chief Product & Marketing Officer
Carl Madaffari brings over 30 years of technology and product management expertise to his role as OneSource Virtual's Chief Product & Marketing Officer. Leading both product management and marketing teams, Carl drives OSV's product innovation and market positioning to deliver exceptional value for customers.
Since joining OSV in 2022, Carl has been instrumental in synthesizing complex market needs into focused product strategies while building high-performing product and marketing teams. His leadership ensures OSV maintains its market leadership through strategic innovation and expansion of the company's intellectual property portfolio.
Before OSV, Carl spent two decades at Epsilon/Publicis, where he held senior leadership roles in data management, product management, and marketing. He began his career at IBM, establishing a strong foundation in enterprise technology solutions.
Carl studied computer science at the University of North Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, photography, music, and maintaining an active lifestyle with his family.
Milla Rahmani
Chief Legal Officer
As OneSource Virtual’s Chief Legal Officer, Milla Rahmani leads the company’s legal organization and oversees all legal affairs, including privacy, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. She brings extensive experience advising and scaling highly regulated, private equity-backed SaaS businesses, with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and strategic business transactions.
Prior to joining OSV, Milla served as Chief Legal Officer at Zenoti. She previously held the role of Chief Legal Officer at Edifecs, where she played a critical role in supporting the company’s growth and strategic initiatives, helping drive revenue expansion that ultimately led to Edifecs’ acquisition by Cotiviti in April 2025.
Milla has also served as General Counsel for several leading technology companies, including Litera, Numerator, and Lanyon. Throughout her career, she has provided legal leadership during periods of significant growth, transformation, and acquisition activity, including Lanyon’s acquisition by Cvent.
Milla earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Queen Mary University of London. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Illinois, and New York.
Recognized for her strategic, business-oriented approach, Milla partners closely with executive teams and boards to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments while enabling innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
Scott Reilly
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Reilly brings more than 21 years of global finance experience to his role as OneSource Virtual's CFO, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, long-term planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining OSV, Scott was CFO at Nitel Inc., where he led the company through a strategic sale to Comcast. He also served as CFO at New Era Technology and held senior finance roles at ADP, Hertz Corporation, Avaya Inc., and Golub Capital.
Scott earned his MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he specialized in finance and economics. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Aberdeen.
Michael Roseman
Chief Operating Officer
As OneSource Virtual's Chief Operating Officer, Michael Roseman is an experienced transformational leader driving operational excellence and empowering organizations with innovative solutions. Leading the company's service delivery operations, Michael is relentlessly focused on enhancing the customer experience and creating value across OSV's Business Process as a Service offerings.
Michael has proven experience leading teams in nearly every branch of OSV, making him uniquely qualified to act as this single point of accountability for the services OSV offers its customers. His approach combines a commitment to cultivating culture for success and developing creative solutions that deliver exceptional results.
Before assuming his current role in 2018, Michael served OSV as senior vice president of customer operations and senior vice president of finance and accounting outsourcing. He began at OSV as vice president of professional services, where he focused on delivering reliable and efficient services that maximized customers’ Workday investments.
In addition to his many years with OSV, he has held executive leadership positions at Astadia, Inc. and Marketing Advocate, LLC.
Michael holds a BA in history from Emory University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and a graduate certificate in Mandarin from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Ellen Terchila
Chief Customer Officer
Ellen Terchila brings extensive customer success experience to her role as OneSource Virtual's Chief Customer Officer, with a proven track record of building and scaling customer organizations at leading B2B SaaS companies. Her expertise spans customer success strategy, retention and expansion programs, and post-sales team leadership.
Before joining OSV, Ellen was CCO at Hootsuite, where she led all post-sales customer teams. She also served as CCO at Electric and Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Marigold. Her journey in customer success began at Workday in 2011 as a founding member of their Customer Success function.
Ellen holds a BS in public relations from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. She calls Nashville home, where she lives with her husband, stepdaughter, and their two dogs.

Amit Aghara
Amit Aghara is a technology executive with experience building software, payments, and AI businesses across industries. He serves as Chief Technology Officer at Fintech, the leading business solutions provider for the beverage alcohol industry. There, he leads technology architecture, product strategy, and platform innovation.
Before Fintech, he was a founding team member at Kore.ai, launching its agentic AI platform. Earlier, he held a senior technology role at Kony, helping scale the business to its peak growth and eventual acquisition. He started his career at IBM, where he built innovative software products and holds several patents.

Matt Brandt
Matt Brandt is a senior sales and go-to-market leader in the enterprise software industry. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Partners at Workday, where he led the company’s shift to a partner-first model. Before Workday, he spent time at SAP and other leading software firms. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and is a West Point graduate.
Roy Burns
Roy co-heads financial services in the Americas for TA Associates focusing on both fintech and services businesses. He serves as a member of TA’s Core Investment Committee globally and opened TA’s Austin office in 2022. Roy led the development of TA's activities in electronic payment and wealth management markets and built on TA's history in investment management. He serves on the Board of Directors of 8am, Apex Group, Caprock, Cliffwater, Fintech, Kline Hill Partners, OneSource Virtual, Orion Advisor Solutions, Rectangle Health and Wealth Enhancement Group. Roy formerly served on the Boards of BluePay, Dealer Tire, Exeter Property Group, K2 Advisors and Stadion Money Management and as a Board Observer of First Eagle Investment Management.
Prior to joining TA in 2001, he worked at Banc of America Securities in its High Yield and Leveraged Finance Group. Roy also worked at Davidson Kempner Partners where he focused on public company investments.
He earned a BS degree in Business Administration, with Special Attainments, from Washington and Lee University and an MBA degree as an Arjay Miller Scholar from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Roy is also focused on not-for-profit leadership with current service as a Trustee of Washington and Lee University and on the Leadership Circle of the Honor Foundation. He previously served as a Trustee of Boston Ballet and an Advisor of MFA Boston.
Bala Janakiraman
Bala Janakiraman is a CEO, board member, and payments executive with experience scaling businesses across software, payments, and enterprise services. Most recently, he served as CEO and board member of Onbe, a corporate payouts platform, where he helped unify predecessor businesses and build a modern business-to-consumer payouts platform for enterprise clients.
Earlier, he served as CEO of BluePay and led the company through its acquisition by First Data. He later served as Executive Vice President and Head of Partner Solutions at Fiserv.
Harry Taylor
Harry Taylor helps lead TA's investments in enterprise software companies. He joined the firm in 2005 and brings more than 23 years of private equity experience, having sponsored 22 TA investments and assisted portfolio companies in completing more than 80 add-on acquisitions. He has been involved in numerous liquidity events, including sponsor-recaps, strategic sales, and IPOs, and serves on TA's Management Committee. Prior to TA, Harry worked at Stone Point Capital and Goldman Sachs in both the Principal Investment Area and Investment Banking.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics from Hamilton College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Harry currently serves on the boards of Fortra, Insurity, Ivanti, OneSource Virtual, PairSoft, PDQ, Precisely, Riskonnect, Solifi, and Tungsten Automation, and is a Board Observer at Mediaocean. He is also a Trustee of the Central Park Conservancy and the Portledge School.
Brian Williams
Brian Williams is a Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of OneSource Virtual. A third-generation entrepreneur with over 30 years in technology-enabled business services, Brian excels in business development and building high-performing teams.
He co-founded OneSource Virtual in 2008, serving as CEO and Executive Chairman for the first nine years and then as Executive Chairman for the next nine years (18 years total in leadership). Brian pioneered BPaaS on the Workday platform, transforming the industry and fueling the company’s rise as a global leader in Workday-powered financial and HR services. He was named the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Emerging Growth Company, Southwest Region) and continues to provide strategic guidance as a Board Member. He is now an active investor and dedicated student of the industry.
