For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes and collects only the consumer's domain name. We also collect aggregate information on what pages visitors’ access or visit and information volunteered by the visitors, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

OneSource Virtual uses your Personal Information to:

  • Fulfill your employer’s requests for services related to your employer’s relationship with OneSource Virtual
  • Manage our daily operations, such as service delivery, account management, contract management, website administration, fulfillment, analytics, security and fraud prevention, corporate governance, reporting and legal compliance, and business continuity
  • Provide marketing communications and offers for products and services from OneSource Virtual
  • Administer surveys and other promotional events

Processing

OneSource Virtual collaborates with several SaaS providers to process your collected Personal Information and when you provide your Personal Information to OneSource Virtual, you consent to the processing. OneSource Virtual may transfer Personal Information between the United States and the European Economic Area, with your employer’s authorization. All Personal Information transfers from the European Economic Area to the United States are authorized by the Standard Contract Clauses.

OneSource Virtual will disclose all of your Personal Information to your employer and to other third parties, when instructed by your employer. We may disclose your Personal Information to our affiliates and data processors as needed to provide the services that you and your employer have requested. These third-party service providers may only use information we provide to them needed to perform the services for OneSource Virtual. We will also always disclose Personal Information when required to do so by law.

OneSource Virtual does not share, sell, rent, or trade Personal Information collected with third parties for their sole promotional purposes or as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Statement.

OneSource Virtual maintains an Information Security Program, which utilizes industry standard security measures to safeguard your Personal Information. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be fully guaranteed.
