Making growth a reality

Innisfree’s Workday investment provided the foundation for growth, and OneSource Virtual (OSV) provided the blueprints to keep building. It’s nearly impossible to evolve intelligently while treading water, and manual processes like invoice scanning only seem to gum up your staff and keep them from developing.

Without a dedicated team to take that labor off the table, Innisfree felt stuck. Streamlining antiquated processes via smart technology from a customer-focused Workday partner cleared the clutter, adding clarity and focus to an organization thirsty for progress.

“Instead of putting out fires and being reactive, we’re finally able to grow the company in a structured way,” says Joshua Herron, Director of Platform Technology & Business Intelligence for Innisfree.

Workday and OSV created an opportunity for Innisfree to focus on perfecting their business. The team gained access to strategic data and analytics that are extremely difficult (if not impossible) to get with an internal team alone.

“Getting someone to line-item detail something into a system is very difficult," Herron says. "[Having OSV] scanning our invoices down to the line-item detail and getting those into Workday, we have more data now. We’re sort of formalizing procurement in our company, internalizing it with Workday. We wouldn’t even be able to start doing that without this line-item detail. Now we’re able to dissect our purchases to this level that we never really thought was possible, just because the administrative load would be too much.”
