Why Workday for benefits

Jackie Smith, Benefits Specialist for RHA, initially had concerns about leaving RHA’s legacy vendor given how robust its benefits solution was. Those concerns quickly faded. 

“I’m not really sure there’s anything Workday can’t do,” Jackie says. “It’s better when you have everything integrated in one system, under one hood.” 
 
During implementation, she saw RHA’s scattered processes finally fitting together. “Being able to see how we could configure [onboarding and benefits] events to just happen, it was like, ‘This is pretty cool!’” she says.
