How does it make you feel when people say nice things about you?
Pretty good, right?

That’s certainly how we feel about all the nice things you’ve said about us this past year in so many of the 
online reviews that you have submitted about your experience with OSV.

There are two review sites in particular I’d like to point out where you have left some amazing statements 
related to OSV’s services.

Raven Intelligence

This platform features customer reviews of software implementations, whether that of Workday, UKG, 
Oracle, SAP or others. These reviews rate the project eorts to implement all or some features of Workday 
with our customers. 

OneSource Virtual currently has 39 customer reviews with a 4.6 out of 5-star rating by customers for whom 
OSV has implemented Workday or added modules. 


This platform features customer reviews of business technology and services.

OneSource Virtual currently has 22 customer reviews with a 9.7 out of 10-star rating by OSV customers 
utilizing our services. These reviews cover all the services that OSV provides, from Payroll, Tax and 
Garnishments services (BPaaS) to Application Management Services (AMS) and more.

First and foremost, we consider the feedback in these reviews invaluable to keep our customers at the center 
of all we do. The ratings and comments on these reviews let us know where we are hitting the mark with our 
services, and where we can improve to be an even better partner. Review feedback is circulated throughout 
all the OSV teams internally, and feeds directly into our key customer service metrics. 

Secondly, customer reviews are becoming ever more pervasive in every consumer’s mind, especially as the 
data is everywhere and immediate. If you think back to the last time you purchased anything online, chances 
are you took a look at the reviews that were available in order to make your purchase decision, where to eat 
a meal, or where to find a good place to stay. All based on customer reviews.
We want to keep this feedback going! While we have received so many reviews to date, it’s not too late if
