We were so excited to see 85 of you register for our first ever Canadian User Group last month. It was a huge success and we loved the time we shared together. I think we need to do this again in 2021!

New Ben Admin Case Studies
We love to talk about our customers. And most of our customers love to talk about us! We have produced nearly 20 new case studies and testimonials already this year, and we struggle to keep up with the number of happy customers who are eager to share their stories with us.
We’re happy to announce that we’ve added 2 brand new customer case studies to our website, featuring our customers BJ Services and RHA Health Services. Both of them focus on OSV’s Benefits Administration Services.
We also love to listen to our customers. At a recent customer advisory board meeting, we discussed the merits of our Workday Resource Center where we’ve posted more than twenty ungated articles and videos. Some members suggested that we add a new “return to work” category of resources to this microsite.

We’ve created this new category and have already added our first two video installments. Find out how to use Workday’s survey functionality to track the health of your workers and protect them in the face of COVID-19. You can also identify which employees have and haven’t responded to crucial surveys about COVID-19 symptoms using the “view survey response rate report.”
More Workday tutorials related to “return to work” are in production, so please continue to check the site for additional resources.
Happy Anniversary EMEA Team
Finally, we want to wish our own EMEA team a very happy anniversary.
OSV began in 2008 when Workday was only 3 years old. But it was 5 years ago that we expanded to EMEA, where we currently have 120 employees as well as offices in Derry, Northern Ireland and London, England. And 12 of those employees were part of the original team that ventured bravely into the unknown and today can proudly see the success that their hard work has yielded.
