With 2017 coming to a close, we want to look back at the individuals we’ve profiled this year, and the values they’ve singled out.

Organizations that have a clear set of values are able to give their employees a picture of what the organization has the potential to become. But values by themselves are only a roadmap. For an organization to reach its potential, it must have people who are invested in living those values out every day.

Our Culture in Action series highlights how individuals within OSV are doing exactly that, and we look forward to highlighting more of our incredibly talented team next year.
