You’ve heard me say many times before, if you’re not changing, you’re dying. And it’s never been more true than it is today. OneSource Virtual has been through a lot of exciting changes in the last nine years, growing to proudly serve nearly 600 Workday customers, expanding services and developing partnerships designed in such a way that our customers thrive in a cloud-first world. The competitive landscape has significantly evolved, and our ability to adapt is one of our most essential qualities.
ENTERING A NEW ERA
Trey Campbell has been on the journey with us for more than five of those years. First as a strategic advisor and trusted source of knowledge to the business while on the advisory board, then as president and COO of OneSource Virtual for the past year. Trey has extended our leadership, empowered employees to be successful, and advocated for our values and corporate culture. We have reached a phase in our progress where ambitious goals have been set and change will be the constant. To attain them requires a great leader who will place OSV in a position to tackle short-term growth and transformation. That leader is Trey and he’s taking over the reins as CEO. Trey is the right leader, coming in at the right time to take OSV through the next phase of its journey.

MY ROLE GOING FORWARD
Since announcing the transition last month, Trey has already begun to take over and I have no doubt it will continue to be seamless. It will be my honor to continue with OneSource Virtual as the executive chairman of the board of directors. I’ll work closely with Trey, and turn my focus to the long-term business strategy and building relationships that create a solid growth platform and drive OSV’s ability to achieve results.
