Renada brings more than 20 years of experience in project administration, operations management and business analysis to her work as a customer success manager. When she joined OSV in 2014 as a business analyst, her projects centered around process improvement and the automation of BPaaS services. Every day, she brings a passion for building relationships and mentoring others to her work with the Customer Success team. Prior to joining OSV, she was a senior tax analyst with Ernst & Young, specializing in National Tax Credits and Incentives.
