COVID-19 has brought the world to a standstill, and we know you are facing significant challenges, perhaps some you never anticipated.
But rest assured that our goal is the same as it’s always been—to help you focus on what matters.
One of the ways we’re doing this is by protecting our employees. In previous communications, we relayed some of the many steps we’ve taken to prioritize their health and safety.
As an added precaution, we have thoroughly tested our business continuity capabilities and have moved all of our employees to remote status for the duration of this event. This was done to ensure safe and appropriate social distancing so we can continue serving you. Please know that we have put all needed measures in place to ensure no disruption in communication or services.
We also want to assure you that we have a daily team meeting to assess the ever-evolving global situation, and we will continue to communicate any changes that will impact you.
