As OneSource Virtual’s senior vice president of service delivery, Michael Roseman oversees the BPaaS and Application Management Services teams, helping drive consistency and innovation across OSV’s three service pillars. Michael has proven experience leading teams in nearly every branch of OSV, making him uniquely qualified to act as this single point of accountability for the services OSV offers its customers.
Before assuming his current role in 2018, Michael served OSV as senior vice president of customer operations and senior vice president of finance and accounting outsourcing. He began at OSV as vice president of professional services, where he focused on reliable, efficient services that maximized customers’ Workday investments.
In addition to his many years with OSV, he has also held executive leadership positions at Astadia, Inc. and Marketing Advocate, LLC.
Michael holds a BA in history from Emory University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a graduate certificate in Mandarin from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Mike Poarch is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur. Since joining OneSource Virtual in January 2010, he has used his substantial expertise in sales to serve in multiple roles within the organization, including senior vice president of North American sales and his current position as senior vice president of global sales.
Prior to joining OSV, Mike gained essential experience as the founder and partner of N-Syte Coeus Group (NCG). During the 10 years he led NCG, he and his team built an application services provider (ASP) technology platform and offered BPO and HR consulting services. His executive and entrepreneurial experience there laid the foundation for his current position within OSV’s Executive Leadership Team.
Mike earned a BA in communications from The University of Texas at Dallas. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking and sports.
Randy Black is the senior vice president of research and development for OneSource Virtual and has more than 30 years of experience in software development and leadership across a diverse set of industries and technologies. Randy joined OneSource Virtual in June 2015 as VP of professional services focusing on the integrations practice and now leads the Research and Development team. He is responsible for the delivery of innovative technology solutions that allows OSV to deliver high quality cloud-based business process services to the market.
Previously, Randy served as the VP of technology development at Voyager Sopris Learning leading the design, development and delivery of web solutions for the K-12 market. With a consummate entrepreneurial spirit, Randy’s career also includes co-founding two software start-ups and earning two US Patents.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Science in computer science from SMU. Outside of the office, Randy likes to spend time with his family and travel.
Leveraging his years of experience as an accomplished senior executive, Sam Spector is committed to helping OneSource Virtual remain a global leader in the Workday ecosystem.
As a long-time executive in the Workday ecosystem, Sam has extensive experience in the field of across all of the Workday functions and offerings and he’s passionately focused on cultivating customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining OSV, Sam was President and CEO of Meteorix and a Workday Global Practice Leader for IBM.
With his combination of talent and experience, he’s helping OSV develop the solutions that will continue to make OSV the go-to partner for Workday implementations.
Sam lives in the Greater Boston area and holds an advanced business degree from Boston College.
Kelvin Gray has been an essential member of OneSource Virtual since 2009, bringing with him 20 years of extensive experience in information technology and management. He uses this experience and passion for customers to help them receive maximum value from their solutions. Throughout his time with the organization, he has held multiple roles, including director of field operations, vice president of solutions sales and SVP of customer accounts.
Before coming to OneSource Virtual, Kelvin gained valuable experience through his work with Workday, PeopleSoft and Oracle.
Kelvin holds a BA in computer science from Morehouse College and an MS in information technology from Northwestern University. When he’s not splitting time between OSV HQ in Dallas and wherever he’s needed by customers and his team, Kelvin calls Chicago home.
