Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Co-Founder

Brian Williams is a third-generation entrepreneur who brings more than 20 years of human resources experience and exceptional expertise in business development to his role as executive chairman for OneSource Virtual’s board of directors. As executive chairman, he is responsible for shaping the long term evolution and strategy of the company he co-founded in 2008.

In addition to serving as OSV’s CEO for its first nine years, Brian began his career in the sales and marketing department of one of the country’s leading professional employer organizations, Odyssey OneSource, where he was the top producing salesperson in company history. At Odyssey, he earned an executive position before joining the company’s ownership team. Brian then applied his HR outsourcing experience and market insight to co-found two other associated entities: OneSource Benefits Solutions and OneSource Administrative Solutions.

Brian attended East Central University in Oklahoma on a combined academic and baseball scholarship, completing his studies as an honors graduate with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Brian was named the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the category Emerging Growth Company for the Southwest region.

An experienced business leader with an extraordinary ability for producing cost-effective HR solutions, Chief Strategy Officer Britt Wirt combines his vast knowledge of HR and HR business process outsourcing (BPO) with an extensive background in developing new markets and business lines in the HR outsourcing industry. Britt directs business development, marketing and strategy functions that are primarily focused on delivering HR and HR Outsourcing consulting solutions.

Before co-founding OneSource Virtual, Britt served as sales and marketing director for Odyssey OneSource and was responsible for the overall sales and marketing programs for PEO and Administrative Service Outsourcing (ASO) offerings. Since 1998, he has been individually responsible for annual multi-million dollar sales and has assisted sales representatives in producing hundreds of millions of dollars in sales revenue. Prior to Odyssey OneSource, Britt was the regional manager over major account sales for EPIX and a principal in two marketing specialties/advertising companies.

Britt earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a management specialization, from St. Leo University. He holds a Texas Group I Insurance license and earned his Human Capital Strategist (HCS) certification through the HCI.

Bruce Eatroff

Mr. Eatroff is the Managing Partner of Halyard Capital, a private equity firm he co-founded in the year 2000. Mr. Eatroff has a broad spectrum of private equity investing experience across the Media, Technology and Business Services industries including HR Outsourcing, Digital and Direct Marketing, IT Services and CyberSecurity. He represents Halyard on the Board of OneSource Virtual, Focal Point Data Risk and SRAXmd , and previously sat on the Board of Presidio, Datamyx, Jun Group, TRANZACT, Engauge, Hanley Wood, Impremedia, NuLink and EducationDynamics. Mr. Eatroff has been a featured speaker and panelist at over one hundred industry events and conferences. Prior to private equity, Bruce had over twenty years of Wall Street experience including senior positions at Goldman Sachs, UBS and CIBC. Mr. Eatroff received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. with honors from Lafayette College. Mr. Eatroff is currently the co-President of the Wharton.

Jake Reynolds

Background

Jake joined TCV in 1997 and has been a venture capital and technology investor for more than 20 years. While Jake has investment experience in multiple technology sectors, his focus has been on the software and tech-enabled services industries and includes both minority and majority investments. In addition to Jake’s investment activities, he is also a member of TCV’s Executive Committee, which oversees general management of the Firm and its funds.

Prior to joining TCV, Jake was an Associate with General Atlantic Partners, a private equity firm focused on late-stage software and service businesses. Before joining General Atlantic, Jake was a member of the M&A group at Lazard Freres & Co., where he focused on the technology and telecom industries.

Jake has been involved with over 30 past and present TCV investments. He is currently on the board of directors of OneSource Virtual, Venafi, Watermark, and Webroot and actively involved with Tastyworks. 

Interests

Jake is a former Trustee of Holderness School in Plymouth, NH, and a current Trustee at Menlo School in Atherton, CA.

Education

Jake received an A.B. in Geography from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honors.

John Drew

Background

John joined TCV in 2002. He has over 20 years of operational, financial, and technical experience, including leadership positions at several global technology companies.

Before joining TCV, John served as one of four CEOs in the Office of the Chairman at Lucent Technologies. John joined Lucent when the company acquired International Network Services (NASDAQ: INSS), where John served as President and CEO. During his five years at INS, revenues profitably grew from $7 million to $440 million, and the company’s employee base increased from 56 to 2,300, establishing INS as the largest and fastest growing network consulting and software company in the world. Prior to joining INS, John was Vice President and General Manager at Unisys Corporation. John began his business career as a sales consultant for CF Software Corporation after serving as a Captain in the United States Army.

John is on the board of directors of OneSource Virtual and TechStyle.

Prior investments John has been involved with include BeVocal (acquired by Nuance Communications), Capella Education Company (NASDAQ: CPLA), Dermstore Beauty Group (acquired by Target), EmbanetCompass (acquired by Pearson), Fiberlink Communications (acquired by IBM), Global360 (acquired by OpenText), Origin Healthcare Solutions (acquired by the Gores Group), Penson Worldwide (NASDAQ: PNSN), Redback Networks (acquired by Ericsson), Triversity (acquired by SAP Canada), and Webtone Technologies (acquired by Fidelity Information Services).

Interests

John is a co-founder of the McDrew Charity Tennis Classic, a member of the Canary Foundation Leadership Council, and an ardent supporter of Sentinels of Freedom. He also serves on the board of reworktraining.org.

Education

John holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.S. degree in Business Policy from Columbia University.

Nari joined TCV in 2006 and has played an integral role in the firm’s B2B investing practices and our collective efforts to accelerate growth at our portfolio companies. Since our inception in 1995, we have been committed to helping entrepreneurs become market leaders, and Nari’s deep understanding of technology, his connections with category leaders, and his ability to uncover exceptional opportunities and partner with talented management teams reflect the value the TCV team strives to bring to CEOs.

Nari focuses on investments in the software, fintech, healthcare IT, and tech/data-enabled services sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors at HireVue, OneSource Virtual, and Watermark and also works closely with Avalara (NYSE: AVLR), AxiomSL, Payoneer, and Varsity Tutors. Prior investments include EmbanetCompass (acquired by Pearson) and Merkle (acquired by Dentsu).

Before TCV, Nari was with McKinsey & Company in the San Francisco office, where he focused on assisting clients in the software, storage, and semiconductor sectors.

Nari received his M.S. and B.S. in Management Science & Engineering (MS&E) from Stanford University’s School of Engineering.

Trey Campbell

Chief Executive Officer

Trey Campbell brings more than 30 years’ experience in sales, operations, technology and general management to his dual roles as OneSource Virtual’s chief executive officer and a member of its board of directors.

Prior to becoming OneSource Virtual’s CEO in 2017, he was OSV’s president and chief operating officer. He also served as a member of OSV’s advisory board for three years, providing invaluable expertise to its board of directors during an unprecedented period of rapid growth.

During his tenure, he has firmly cemented OSV’s reputation as a global provider of services and solutions for the Workday application suite, with an emphasis on keeping the customer at the center of OSV’s focus.

In earlier roles, Trey served as the CEO for TwentyEighty Strategy Execution, president and CEO for Accenture BPO Services, president for NGA HR North America, business unit leader for Hewitt and vice president/GM for Exult.

Trey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Alabama and an MBA in finance from the University of Kentucky.
